On Tuesday 24th of November 2020, a few hours before dawn, a container truck loading cartons of Qur’an arrived here in the headquarters of Ariosan Foundation in Wilis Street no. 11, Malang. Several employees of Ariosan Foundation have stood by there a few hours earlier, so they would be ready to take documentation in the forms of photos and videos once the container truck arrived. Not long afterwards, at 5.30 AM in the morning, the second – which is also the last – container truck arrived, following the prior one.

These 40 feet height trucks loading 1944 cartons of Qur’an with the total weight is 24,000 kilograms each container were then ready to unload. In order to do that, there are 30 non-employees people helping the unloading. It took almost a day long to do this, that it all ended at 5.15 PM.

These large amount of Qur’an endowment were sent from our donors in Saudi Arabia, took a transit in Singapore, and landed in Surabaya – the capital city of East Java –, and then sent to Malang. It is such a great honour to be able to be the ‘trustee’ of this Qur’an endowment. We will make sure that this all will be beneficial to the people in Indonesia. Praise be to Allah for His blessing, which we gain it this time through the benevolent and generous donors.

May He always guide and keep us all in His path. Aamiin.
