Alhamdulillah, the distribution of the Waqf Qur’an for Papua Nugini has been done by Ariosan Foundation on Monday, 24 of July 2022.
There are 3000 exemplars of the Quran from the Ariosan Foundation have been handed over to several mosques and mosques in the country of Papua Nugini.
The Waqf Qur’an Program for Papua Nugini is part of a collaboration between the Ariosan Foundation and the ministry of religion Malang. Which is one of the activities have been done is distribute waqf Qur’an to several Islamic boarding schools, mosques and madrasahs in several regions of Papua Nugini.
The direct merit from Allah by reading the Qur’an may stop after we stop reading the Qur’an, but not with the merit of sadaqah jariyah or waqf. The reward will be continuously flowing even though the exact charity event is over. Imagine how much influence it will give, and how much kindness it affects, and how much reward we will receive in the side of Allah. He, The Almighty Himself says in Al-Baqara 2:261:
مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنۢبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِى كُلِّ سُنۢبُلَةٍ مِّا۟ئَةُ حَبَّةٍ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُضَٰعِفُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ
The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and knowing.
