Allah SWT has a servant whom he loves or usually called as ibadurrahman. Allah SWT enshrined the prayers of the ibadurrahman who asked to be given a pleasant family.
The prayers of the ibadurrahman are enshrined by Allah SWT in surah Al-Furqan verse 74:
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hablana min azwajina wadzurriyyatina qurrata a’yunin waj’alna lil muttaqina imama.
Based on the interpretation of QS al-Furqan verse 74 it is:
“Our Lord, make our wives and children righteous. Set an example for the righteous.”
Ibn Assyria in Tafsir at-tahrir wat-tanwir explained that the servants of God the Most Merciful (ibadurrahman) they have strong characteristics in determining the vision, not only for themselves, but also for their closest families such as wives and children.
“Not limited to small requests, they set a very high vision of leadership and civility for the pious,” he said when delivering his tausiyah yesterday.
The prayer that is climbed above is a high ideal that cannot be achieved except with patience and firm confidence. He said, “I will not give up my reward”
“And We made among them leaders who guided by Our command when they were patient. And they are certain of Our signs” (QS as-Sajdah: 24).
